Account Executive - Digital Marketing

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline of prospects
  • Diligent phone and email outreach to engage potential customers
  • Match DZone product offerings to prospects goals and initiatives
  • Negotiate and close profitable business deals in a timely fashion
  • Partner with Account Management Team to retain and grow existing business
  • Meet and exceed individual quotas and contribute to the overall success of the team

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, and/or advertising
  • Experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline within a CRM, preferably
  • Exceptional communication skills  
  • Team-player mindset
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage many client relationships
  • Consultative selling experience and the ability to close
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • BA or BS Degree preferred
